He talked about how he got into mind health coaching? changing the unconscious mind, reframing, neuro-linguistic programming, staying present, worry and anxiety exercises, feelings, triggers and so much more.
This was a long-form chat and Paul is a man who has studied the mind and this is the perfect episode for a long journey or doing chores around the house.

As we near the end of 2021, I thought I would bring on another special guest to the top, the year off in style.
So my latest guest on the show hails from Ashbourne, Co. Meath, and to his fans, he is affectionately known as The Guinness Guru.
He talked about how the idea for Guinness Guru came about? his relationship with the fans, the criteria for rating Guinness? and even a story about a pub trying to persuade him to come to review their Guinness.
He also talked about his ultimate 12 Guinness, Pub Crawl (okay, I think it turned out as 13!!, my bad haha), and so much more.

My latest guest on the show Tommy Byrne is a former motor racing driver who hails from outside Dundalk, Co. Louth and now lives in Daytona, Florida.
Tommy talked about growing up working on a farm, how he got into racing on tracks like Mondello Park, then moving to England to pursue a motor racing career, and getting an opportunity to race in Formula 1.
His racing career brought him to America, Mexico, and many tracks around the world. He also shared his favourite race tracks in the world, his thoughts on modern motor racing, how his book about his life was hard to do but he is happy he did it.
Today, Tommy teaches young drivers, defensive driving techniques and coaches drivers to be better, and he also enjoys racing with his friends.

This week I spoke with former professional Flat Racing Jockey, Fran Berry from Kilcullen, Co. Kildare who has over 1000 race wins in Ireland and has won races from The Curragh, Royal Ascot to Tokyo.
Fran talked about his first win at 15 years old, winning as a jumps jockey on Ladies Day at Aintree, the camaraderie of the unique environment of the jockeys weighing room, superstitions, the favourite horse he has worked with?, working under Mick Kinane and always learning.
He talked about the most challenging times in his career, dealing with pressure, setting routines for himself, career injuries, and an accident at Wolverhampton that caused him to retire in 2019- how he dealt with this?
Today he has transitioned to working in media, writing columns and working with Racing TV. He also spoke about upcoming projects and plans.
