I chatted with a former colleague who is now the Experience Manager at Rebel City Distillery, Co Cork, Roísín Barry.
Roísín talked about her first job working on a vineyard in New Zealand, to representing Tullamore Dew in the US, then working as a Craft Ambassador in Jameson, a journey that has brought her back to her homestead in Cork developing Gin & Absinthe experiences with Rebel City Distillery.
As well as her knowledge of spirits, Roísín also talked about her passion for music, performing and her favourite places to visit in Ireland, around the world and so much more.
